How to Study Gods Word

The second study Bible to be recommended is The New Inductive Study Bible, a resource with a minimum of interpretive notes but a wealth of guidelines on interpretive principles. Even the various book introductions refrain from specific analysis and offer guides to interpretation instead.

The final Bible is the Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible. This study Bible is the work of Greek scholar, Spiros Zhodiates.  It contains many study helps that are not readily available elsewhere.  A handy bookmark that contains the codes to the grammatical notations is included.  It has a Lexical Aids section that highlights certain more important Greek and Hebrew words.  Everything is numbered according to the Strong's numbering system.  There are book introductions and some footnotes. The draw back with this study bible is that its Hebrew and Greek dictionaries are very limited. Another problem is its original language helps. These helps, while giving Hebrew and Greek definitions, do not let the context determine how a particular word is used. This is much more important than even the dictionaries’ and lexicons usage of a word.
