Is the Bible Gods Word

Inspired Because of its Teachings

There is absolutely no other religious book like the Bible. All other books of religions show us how men invent and write about their religious inventions. Their systems of religion do not present the incomprehensibleness of a god, but instead present gods basically after the order of men.

If men not under divine inspiration had written the Bible, it would surely be very different. For example, why write a book that has a triune God, when no one can understand the concept?

If mere men wrote the Bible, the moral values would not have been impossible for men to accomplish. And it would never teach a salvation that could not be earned, a salvation by grace. It is very doubtful that the authors would have exposed their sins and terrible wickedness had they not been divinely inspired.

The Bible is the word of God. It can be trusted to be the guide to our lives. It must be thought of as God’s voice to us. During the days of the Bible’s writing, men heard God’s voice. They received messages from angels, dreams and visions. The apostles saw, heard and handled the true Word of God, Jesus Christ. Today, we are not left without a witness. We have the written word of God and the Holy Spirit to quicken the written word to our hearts.
